Director of Operations
Ryan’s connection to Cape Cod Insulation started long before it became his career. Growing up, he occasionally joined his dad, Hank, on job sites and estimates, and by high school Ryan was helping with deliveries. During college summers, he gained hands-on experience working on suspended ceilings.
After college, Ryan spent nearly a decade in the pharmaceutical industry, working in drug development and sales. His education also gave him a strong understanding of building science and the principles behind building performance. Ryan is a certified HERS rater with deep knowledge in the Mass Save program.
After years of extensive travel, Ryan saw an opportunity to return to Cape Cod, raise his family and carry on his dad’s legacy in the business he had grown up around. Today, as Director of Operations, Ryan brings together his knowledge of science, family values, and a commitment to doing things the right way to help move Cape Cod Insulation forward.
