Michael works with our Energy Efficiency Program for both residential and commercial properties, helping customers navigate the rebates available to them through Mass Save. With years of customer service experience and extensive knowledge of the program, Michael takes the time to help customers understand their options and get the best value possible for their property. Michael is a details guy. He likes to know how things work, why they work, and he’s always happy to explain it. That knowledge comes in handy when helping customers understand a process that can sometimes feel complicated. His goal is to make sure customers know what is available to them and aren’t leaving valuable opportunities on the table. Michael is known for having an answer, an explanation and maybe even a little extra that you didn’t know you needed. He brings plenty of personality to the team, but when it comes to helping customers get the most for their money, Michael takes that seriously.
